    Regional Sales Manager (CEE)

    Loxon is a business solution provider offering integrated lending, collection, and risk management software solutions for the financial services industry. The company HQ is based in Hungary (Budapest) and has offices in Amsterdam, Bucharest, Dubai, and Bahrain.

    Loxon customer and reference base extends to 25+ countries on 4 continents. Loxon intends to develop its customer base in Europe mainly focusing on the top 15 banks, large leasing companies, and lenders in each country, and leading banking groups of the region. We are currently looking for a Regional Sales Manager to support us in the CEE region in achieving and surpassing our goals.

    WHAT YOU'LL DO

    • Drive sales and business development activities for Loxon products in CEE countries
    • Expand market presence and capture new business opportunities in Western Europe
    • Develop and maintain a prospect matrix to inform structured sales and marketing efforts
    • Be the driving force behind positioning us as a competent and value-oriented vendor. As a key player in our sales activities, you'll excel at reaching decision makers and influencers, showcasing the unique value that Loxon brings to the table
    • Collaborate with Partner Management to build a robust partner network, driving projects and supporting the implementation of Loxon products
    • Contribute to the development of sales and pricing strategies tailored for the region
    • Build and report on the direct sales pipeline for Loxon products at targeted customers
    • Work closely with Loxon's delivery team in managing bids and key accounts
    • Maintain and extend a significant market share with Loxon products, driving revenue through customer acquisition and cross-selling initiatives
    • Implement frequent travel within the CEE countries, occasionally visiting head offices of banking groups and other sites (average 8-12 days per month).

    WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU

    • Degree qualified in Economics, Banking or ICT, or a related discipline
    • 5+ years’ experience in software business application sales of complex software solutions, and services to the financial services industry
    • Excellent Hungarian and English, both verbal and written
    • Extensive knowledge of the financial sector in the CEE region
    • Extensive know-how of the banking IT industry and trends in CEE
    • Experience in sales in multiple countries

    IT Project Manager/Consultant

    As an IT Project Manager/Consultant at Loxon, you will play a crucial role in managing system delivery and rollout projects for our global financial institution subsidiaries. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including the Scrum team, Product Owner and Scrum Master to ensure the successful implementation of our solutions. Additionally, you will serve as a trusted advisor and customer success manager, collaborating with banks to understand their key initiatives and business needs.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Manage system delivery and rollout for global financial institution subsidiaries in Europe, Asia, and Australia.
    • Continuously track the cost and timeline of system implementation projects from inception to completion.
    • Collaborate closely with the Scrum team, including the Product Owner, Scrum Master.
    • Act as a trusted advisor and customer success manager for banks, understanding their key initiatives and business needs.
    • Prepare mid and long-term strategic planning.
    • Participate in cross- and up-sale activities.
