Loxon at Oracle Open World

Between 16th and 19th of September 2019, in San Francisco, took place the prestigious conference Oracle Open World, with over 2000 sessions, 250 exhibitors and speakers from more than 90 countries.
Loxon was represented by Gabriel Șerbănescu, the Managing Director of Loxon Romania, who, together with Kemal Sac, the Division Head of Türkiye İş Bankası A.Ş. and Jeroen Vunderink, Enterprise Architect Finance, Risk, Procurement and Bank Wide KYC from ING Group, held a presentation about Creating an Integrated Performance Measurement and Risk System.
Gabriel Șerbănescu talked about the fact that the Management reporting and strategic simulations of the balance sheet and income under different scenarios have become a priority for most banks around world, in order to react to changing market conditions and propose best strategies to the top management.
The speakers presented how Isbank, Turkey’s leading bank, achieved a daily view on its profitability at a granular and aggregated level, offering reports to more than 3,000 users who are making decisions on customer portfolio, branch profitability, and channels to use and they also presented the challenges faced by the bank while implementing Oracle’s analytics solution and understand the benefits achieved using funds transfer pricing and profitability management.
It was a great opportunity for Loxon to be presented at one of the most important conference of the industry and, also, to have a representative, for the first time at Oracle Open World, among the speakers that are changing the world through their ideas.
